Cooking Class In The Office.

What is it? During the workshop, you'll work with high-quality ingredients and learn essential techniques that will elevate your cooking skills.. No need to worry if you're a novice in the kitchen – this workshop is designed to guide you through each step with ease and encouragement. You'll receive expert instruction and support throughout the process, ensuring that you feel comfortable and inspired as you unleash your inner cook.

What will we provide? Our hosts will set up and host the event, including all ingredients and equipment. Our tutors are all food hygiene certified, with full public liability insurance.

How long is it? All classes are 3 hours.

How much is it? £70pp + VAT with £400 + VAT workshop fee, with a minimum spend of equal to 15 guests.

Where can this be hosted? We bring the kitchen to you! This can be hosted at your office or choice of venue, subject to space/tech requirements (please see below).

Choose a cuisine.

  • Baking.

    In this baking workshop, you will learn how to bake doughnuts and make your own fresh raspberry jam, then craft a beautiful poached pear tart to share with friends.

  • Japanese.

    Learn how to make traditional Gyoza - hand-made Japanese dumplings, Yaki Udon Noodles - stir-fried noodles with fresh vegetables, and Teriyaki chicken - succulent chicken cooked with a rich sticky sauce.

  • Mexican.

    You’ll learn to make smoky chipotle chicken, paired with some handmade tacos - to pair with a fresh guacamole dip, some pickles and a charred corn salsa.

  • Chinese.

    You will be making mouth-watering steamed dumplings along with a choice of either Kung Pow Chicken or Black Bean Chicken, paired with your pick of either Special Fried Rice or Hong Kong Noodles to complete the meal.

  • Dim Sum.

    Choose your perfect dim sum menu! You can go for a warming soup, some BBQ ribs and some fresh spring rolls - or - make Sichuan wontons, chicken wings and some Jiaozi dumplings.

  • Indian.

    Choose from two delicious menus! Go for curry puffs, Korma and Saag Aloo - or - make samosa, Rogan Josh and Bombay potatoes - both with Pilau rice.

  • Thai.

    What’s on the menu? Choose either Som Tam salad with a Thai green curry and Pad See Ew - or - make Larb salad with a Thai red curry and Pad Thai - both with coconut rice.

  • Italian.

    Choose between two classics - either Spaghetti Carbonara or Pappardelle Ragù, followed by some garlic bread and a delicious Tiramisu.

  • All ingredients required, some prep weighed, class depending

  • All cookery equipment, from chopping boards to ovens

  • Disposable crockery & cutlery for dining

  • Takeaway containers for leftovers

  • Disposable aprons for all participants

  • Disposable tablecloths/protectors

Venue requirements.

The space will need to have:

  • Table and chair space for guests

  • Prep stations for hosts

  • Multiple power points:

    • our ovens and hobs require a standard 13amp electrical socket

    • we will need to space them out over several circuits to avoid power trips

  • Access to a sink with running hot water

  • Access to fire extinguishers
