What is it? This is the perfect virtual hands on sweet treat workshop where you will learn all the tips and tricks from our master chocolatier on how to make the perfect chocolate truffles.

How is it hosted? It is hosted by our chocolatier on Zoom or your preferred video platform.

How long is it? Choose between a 60 minute or 90 minute workshop. The 60 minute workshop requires 30 minutes of self-guided tempering before the workshop. In the 90 minute option this is included in the workshop time and you will be guided by your host.

How much is it? Minimum spend from £416 + VAT, from £52pp + VAT. Please see below for full pricing details.

What will you need? You will need access to a kitchen!

What will you receive? A chocolate truffle kit. Mainland UK delivery only.

What does the it entail?

During this virtual hour, your theatrically-trained chocolatier will challenge you to create the most outrageous, and crazy-flavoured fresh cream truffles. To achieve this, a chocolate gift pack will be posted to all the guests. This contains all the scrumptious chocolate and most of the ingredients they’ll need, including:

• 2 x bags of chocolate (dark and milk)

• 4 x bags of decorations such as white chocolate flakes, honeycomb, rainbow sprinkles etc.

• Piping bag

• Parchment paper

Note: Participants will need to purchase fresh cream to take part as well as any additional toppings they fancy.

Our chocolatier will teach everyone how to mix their ganache, pipe like a pro and how to dip and decorate their truffles using techniues such as marbling and caging. Everyone will be well on their way to being truffle masters without even leaving their front door.
