Who runs it? You will have a yoga instructor and a DJ.
How much is it? From £525 + VAT.
What is the group size? Any group size is welcome.
How long is it? From 20 to 60 minutes - you can choose! Price is the same for any duration.
What platform is it on? Hosted on Zoom or video platform of choice.

Each virtual event is an inclusive yoga experience, aimed at all levels, featuring much loved disco classics and interactive dance breaks.
How is it structured?
The class is generally 60 minutes but can be tweaked to suit the event so can be shortened to a 30 or a 45 minute session without losing any of the key elements.
An example event structure is as follows:
5-10 minutes: Sign in, welcome and pre-yoga warm up party with live DJ and host DJ Darlo
20-40 minutes: Disco Yoga class with dance breaks led by Sarah
5-10 minutes: Disco Yoga post class boogie with DJ Darlo with song requests accepted!

Disco Yoga is an inclusive, warm and welcoming physical activity celebrating self expression and diversity through the joy of Disco & Yoga! Rainbow themed outfits welcomed! We will also share rainbow Zoom backdrops ahead of the event. Our DJ plays a sizzling set list of 70s & 80s club anthems & disco classics including a pre class and post class freestyle dance party - song requests are welcomed. Celebrate Pride in style and feel the love brought through inclusion and unity!

Book Disco Yoga for your Christmas Party! If you want a virtual get together that will get your team excited for the festive season, book this party yoga class. It is perfect to include the whole family and encourages everyone to get dressed up and have fun. This class has been created to suit a "party feel". The class will start with an initial DJ set to get people grooving, followed by energising moves and routines that can be done while standing and not in active gear. The actual "class" is recommended for 20-30 minutes with about 20 minutes on either side for music!
