Virtual French Wine and Cheese Tasting.

What is it? This fabulous virtual Wine & Cheese Tasting Experience is hosted by one of our sommeliers. You will get to enjoy carefully hand picked wine and cheese from some of the best independent vineyards and farms in France.
What do I receive? You will receive 5 x cheeses, 3 x wines and 1 x additional cheese for a blind tasting. There will also be a tutorial book included which you will need during the session.

How long is it? 90 minutes.
How much is it? £65pp + VAT with a minimum spend of £650 + VAT.
What is included in the French Wine & Cheese tasting?
One of our amazing sommeliers will take you on a guided discovery of the carefully selected artisan cheeses & wines with tasting notes. You will taste 5 cheeses, 3 wines and receive a blind cheese tasting as well.
Cheese.
The 5 cheeses change seasonally, they currently are:
Ste Maure de Touraine - Goat’s milk, raw milk from the Loire Valley (Goat cheese)
Comté Extra Vieux - Cow’s milk, raw milk from Jura (Hard cheese)
Camembert de Normandie - Cow’s milk, raw milk from Normandie (Soft cheese)
Munster Fermier - Cow’s milk, raw milk from Alsace (Washed rind cheese)
Bleu d'auvergne - Cow’s milk, pasteurised milk from Auvergne (Blue cheese)
Wine.
The wine will arrive in 3 x 100ml tubes -they are decanted into these high quality glass tubes with specialist equipment to ensure that the wine does not have any contact with the air. They change seasonally but they will be from Independent wineries in France, they currently are:
White wine Petit Chablis - Domaine de la Motte, 2018
Red wine Saint Chinian - Domaine des belles courbes 2019
Sweet wine Côteaux du Layon - Château Soucherie, 2018

Shipping to mainland UK included in the price. We can now ship to European countries for an extra cost (please see key details for countries and prices). If you are within London you will receive your box from a green courier. If you are within zones 1 & 2, you may get your box hand-delivered by our sommelier Geoffrey himself!

Geoffrey.
Geoffrey has an insatiable obsession for cheese and a passion for people. He is originally from Tours in France where he was surrounded by incredible fresh produce. When he moved to London and began working in the hospitality industry, he found his love of wine and cheese. He has worked for the cheesemonger to the royal family and worked his way up to being one of the best cheesemongers in London. He then got his WSET Level 3, from East London Wine school and the rest is history.
Geoffrey’s Wine & Cheese Tastings offer good times filled with gastronomical knowledge to discover the world of cheese and wine in a whole different way.His tastings have always been described as an exciting experience, perfect for making new memories with colleagues, making it a memorable team building experience.
Quentin.
Quentin is a vibrant and passionate member of the Tasting with Nivard team, leading cheer and wine tasting experiences.
As a wine connoisseur and cheese expert, his profound knowledge and contagious enthusiasm make him the perfect guide. Quentin's entrepreneurial spirit led him to establish Marilou, a French deli, and Funky Cellar, a cheese and wine shop. With his charismatic personality and love for wine and cheese, he ensures unforgettable moments filled with laughter and discovery.
