What is it? You can choose from a variety of workshops with different themes. In each workshop you will learn a foundational mindfulness meditation technique. These workshops are suitable for people with no meditation experience, and for experienced practitioners.
How is it hosted? On zoom or any other video platform of your choice. The session is led by our meditation teacher Ollie.
How long is it? 60 minutes (recommended), or 30 minutes.

Your Meditation Teacher.
As a mindfulness and meditation teacher, Ollie teaches aspiring high-performers the essential practical skills to develop wisdom without dogma for long-term personal and collective flourishing.
Trained by eminent teachers Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield, Ollie is certified as a mindfulness & meditation teacher by the University of California, Berkeley. He has been a committed meditator for eighteen years.
His unique teaching style integrates key insights from diverse wisdom traditions, paradigms and spheres of knowledge. He intends to help bring forth an environmentally sustainable, socially just and spiritually fulfilling human presence on this planet.
He is due to be certified as a mindfulness and meditation teacher by the University of California, Berkeley in February 2023.
